With food safety as Wei Chuan’s DNA, we adhere to the belief of building and implementing a transparent, open and safe supply chain system, complying with the national food safety policies, enhancing product standards in line with international requirements, and prioritizing consumers’ right to know and to eat healthily and with assurance, which is strictly and thoroughly implemented in the processes for product, production, purchase, management, engineering, business and service.
We strictly monitor every detail from farm to table and have adopted SQF (Safe Quality Food) as the spirit of management to meet consumers’ expectations for food safety. With a standardized system as the focus, we organize training sessions at all levels to perform the functions of all departments through effective operation of PDCA, and we seek to comprehensively implement food safety and quality control measures in line with international standards.
We have invested heavily in liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS), gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS/MS) and real-time polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) to establish a food safety and quality inspection network, and our HACCP system has received CAS, TQF, HALAL, and FSSC 22000 certifications, as well as the international food safety and quality standard certification of SQF, to improve the level of quality control.

We engage in strict integration and management of supply chains, and raw materials that cannot be traced or independently inspected are prohibited from entering the supply chains of Wei Chuan’s products. |
Formula simplification
To meet consumers’ demand for natural and healthy products, Wei Chuan aims to simplify its formulas and gradually reduce unnecessary artificial additives in order to move toward a natural and healthy diet. |
Quality meeting international standards
Striving to comply with Taiwan’s laws and regulations on food safety and hygiene, Wei Chuan continues to invest resources in challenging higher quality standards, obtain international food safety certifications, and improve its own inspection capabilities. |
Wei Chuan formed a Food Safety Committee, under which a Food Safety Office was established to ensure food safety at all parts of the production lines.
