Founded in 1962 and located in Wufeng District in Central Taiwan, the Taichung Plant has been operating for six decades. Currently, it is an integrated food plant consisting of a soy sauce plant, a canning plant, a fruit juice plant and a seasoning plant. The earthquake of September 21, 1999 caused losses to the plant and its equipment, but it was restored and resumed production in a short time thanks to the Group’s emergency response and the joint efforts of all employees, demonstrating the strong ambition and hardworking style of the employees of the Taichung Plant.

Located in a beautiful environment, the Taichung Plant is adjacent to National Freeway 3 and Zhongtou Highway, with convenient transportation and future potential for development. The Administration Building and Humanities Restaurant, which were completed in 2013, are benchmarks for green buildings and have become new landmarks in Wufeng along Provincial Highway 3.

In the changing environment of the 21st century, in addition to supporting Wei Chuan to promote its core business, create a leading brand and develop advantageous channels, we are also confident that we will be able to support the use of information and computers and the integration of manufacturing and marketing networks in an era where everything develops rapidly.
