Each year, Wei Chuan allocates a budget for employee welfare activities and integrates the resources of the Employee Welfare Committee to provide employees with a wide range of welfare measures, including family allowances, activities, gifts for traditional holidays, product discounts, group insurance, and loans for emergency aid.

Wei Chuan places importance on employee activities that promote friendly interactions, especially those incorporating the elements of working and having fun together and neatly integrating social charity actions into internal activities to spread the love and care of Wei Chuan’s employees for disadvantaged people.

We also honor and thank our employees at important public occasions for their dedication and outstanding contributions. In addition, we hold dinner parties to greet and interact with retired employees and share our recent developments with them, in order for their spirit of Wei Chuan to be passed on to us.
